About David Bernstein

David Bernstein has nearly three decades of experience in both HR and HR/TA Tech. David first began his career as a recruiter for PeopleSoft where he established PeopleSoft’s first Recruiting Operations and Employer Branding teams. Bernstein soon became an early adopter and leader in the HR technology space – leading teams to implement global technology platforms for Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout his career, Bernstein has also held a variety of leadership roles at a number of software companies within the HR/TA technology space. Bernstein is a frequent contributor to Forbes and serves on the Forbes HR Council. He is also a noted speaker at HR technology events and an adjunct professor at Palo Alto University where he teaches HR Analytics.
