Prior to joining Braintrust, Anne worked in media communications for OZY Media, Smithsonian Magazine, the New York Daily News, National Geographic, and FOX Business Network. Anne is a proud graduate of Boston College and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two year old son, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, investor, and advocate in technology and is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Censia, a leading talent intelligence platform that helps companies harness the power of AI to make the best and fairest decisions about Human Capital. Joanna has a highly experienced background in building and scaling companies, which she attributes to her deep passion for people and building technologies that allow people to be their best selves. Prior to founding Censia, she led her companies through two successful acquisitions and an IPO, was part of the FBI’s International Training Unit, was a collegiate rower, and earned her BA degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. Grady is the Head of Client Partnerships at Braintrust, creator of the world’s first end-to-end AI recruiting tool Braintrust AIR. Grady has led the client-facing teams at Braintrust since inception, growing the network from a stealth mode startup to generating over $200M in revenue in under three years. Grady built the network’s go-to-market strategy and secured partnerships with leading Fortune 1000 companies like Google, Bank of America, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Spotify, Walmart and many more.
Prior to building Braintrust, Grady spent much of his career leading enterprise sales teams within the traditional IT service companies like Concentrix, ServiceSource, and Convergys. Grady is a proud graduate of Colorado State University and resides in Denver with his wife, newborn son and chickens.
Teddy Chestnut is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of BrightHire, the world’s leading interview intelligence platform. Teddy has spent over a decade advising HR executives and talent acquisition leaders. Prior to founding BrightHire he led LinkedIn’s North America Insights team, providing analytics to over 10,000 recruiting teams. Teddy holds a BA and MBA from Harvard.
