In 2025, under the theme “AI-Powered Engagement: Shaping the Future of Work,” we aim to host 6,000 participants in Lagos and virtually, continuing our mission to advance a thriving, productive, and technology-driven work experience in Africa. This year’s festival will explore how artificial intelligence is revolutionising employee engagement, leadership, and organisational performance while maintaining a human-centric approach to workplace innovation.

The festival will feature 10 (9) learning stages in a unique “silent conference” format, with multiple speakers connected via our AI-enabled virtual hub, while others engage in the same room simultaneously. From AI-driven talent management to ethical AI practices and human-AI collaboration, the event will provide actionable insights and strategies for navigating the future of work.
