​Tiffany Perry is a consultant, speaker, coach and founder and CEO of Amberus Partners. Amberus Partners is a boutique consultancy specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational change. Tiffany fills in the gap for organizations underserved in leading their teams through change and building an inclusive, diverse, and equitable culture.

​Tiffany has 15+ years of experience in diversity, equity & inclusion, organizational change management, talent development, and employment law. She began her professional career as an employment law attorney before transitioning into management consulting. Tiffany has held organizational change and DEI consulting leadership roles for PwC, Deloitte, Point B and Gap. Her industry experience includes non-profit, public sector, and healthcare.

​Tiffany has a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University and a law degree from Howard University School of Law. She is a certified senior professional human resource professional, certified PROSCI change management practitioner and a member of the Professionals in Human Resources.
