- Nicole Goodman & Lauren Mishcon – SELF CARE CLUB Podcast: Nicole and Lauren will kick off the morning with an empowering discussion on boundaries – how to set them, maintain them, and use them to reclaim your time and, more importantly, nurture your overall wellness. Self Care Club was created to test out and discuss a different form of self-care every week in an effort to debunk the wellness world and bring true wellbeing and self-care back to people who need it. For the last five years in over 600 shows they have trialled every form of self care imaginable.They release shows 3x a week and are proud to have been nominated and having won awards at the British Podcast Awards, Womens’ Podcast Awards and Independant Podcast Awards in 2022, 2023 & 2024. Lauren and Nicole have amassed over 3 million downloads and are the best friends you never knew you needed.
- Elizabeth Cowper – LUDO: With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Elizabeth is a working mother of three and the driving force behind Ludo, a multi-award-winning tech company revolutionizing inclusion in the workplace. She has worked with iconic brands like Planet Organic, Harvey Nichols, LVMH, and Tapestry, where she was VP of HR Europe and Global Head of Wellbeing.Elizabeth, known as the ‘Culture Adjuster,’ is a highly sought-after speaker, having delivered a TEDx Talk in 2023 titled “Divine Feminine Burned Out”. She will be delivering a powerful talk on the link between cortisol and female burnout, offering crucial insights into how stress hormones impact women’s well-being and workplace performance.
- Suz Ferreira – Authentik Wellness: Suz brings a holistic approach to wellness, helping individuals overcome and prevent burnout. Through her digital platform Authentik Wellness, and at SF Studios in Hampstead, she provides one-on-one coaching, classes, and a range of treatments designed with professional coaches to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. At our event, Suz will be taking us through movements to support the mind – exercises you can apply to your day-to-day life to help avoid burnout.
- Liz Afolabi – People Director & Coach: Liz is a seasoned People leader with over 18 years of experience in thePeople & Culture domain within a variety of sectors. In her most recent roles, her focus has been on building productive, engaged and high-performing teams for UK and international businesses in start-up and scale-up environments.Liz is also an experienced ICF certified Leadership & Personal Coach,specialising in coaching leaders and founders on developing effective andhigh performance teams, while fostering empathetic leadership approaches. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Liz is committed to supporting aspiring diverse People leaders, providing coaching and mentorship to help them thrive in their professional roles. Liz will be joining Martyn and Abigail for our Fireside Chat discussing personal experiences of burnout.
- Martyn Thomas – HR Leader: Martyn Thomas is a top HR Talent Leader with 15 years of experience across International Retail, Service, and E-commerce. Martyn excels at crafting strategies that blend Talent Acquisition, ED&I, and Careers Coaching to build inclusive, high-performing teams. With a background leading change at companies like Booking.com, Starbucks, and West Ham United, he’s a powerhouse in people development. He will be joining Liz and Abigail for our Fireside Chat discussing personal experiences of burnout.
- Sophie Luckman – EASL: Sophie will be bringing her amazing Art Gym to our event, where attendees will use art to escape stresses of their day-to-day. Much like a gym to train your body, EASL is an art gym targeting mental health. It is a fusion between creativity and wellness allowing attendees to leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the world. Sophie’s aim is to encourage mental fitness through creativity as a regular habit.
- Kanan Thakerar – Kanan Yoga Bliss: Kanan will be bringing an ancient form of Yoga, Nidra, to the People Flow Townhouse. This rejuvenating practice restores and transforms mental and physical state. Accessible to everybody, no matter their experience, attendees will lay down whilst they embark on a guided meditative journey into a deeper state of conscious relation and awareness to ignite inner transformation.
- Gwen Allison – My Spiritual Butterfly: Gwen will be leading a relaxing group reiki meditation. The Reiki Energy Bath is a beautiful way to experience Reiki as part of a group. Following a brief explanation on what Reiki is, you will be gently guided into a relaxing meditation whilst the room is bathed in loving, healing Reiki energy. During the meditation you may feel sensations of heat, tingling, coolness or you might simply feel deeply relaxed and uplifted.
