Raise Your Voice to Raise Your Pay
Event Date & Time: Nov. 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST
Speaking loud enough to be heard, and with confidence, is much easier when you have the data in hand to support your position. It is far too common to struggle with introducing the topic of a salary increase or worry that you might be asking too much or too little in negotiating compensation for a new job.
This session is designed to highlight some best practices in effectively navigating those conversations, but more importantly – to show you how to access the information you need! Whether you need to have a discussion with your boss about a raise, your interviewing for a new job or you just want to know what your worth -this is the conversation for you to be a part of! We are going to highlight the options you have at your disposal to tap into company and compensation insight that will help you to quantify ‘your value’ from payroll perspective and talk through how you can change the dynamic when you are having career discussions. Have questions about which sites are more accurate or what is reasonable for a starting bonus these days? This is the session you don’t want to miss!
Attendees will get access to:
- Top sites with the most accurate wage data
- Best ways to get insight into a potential new employer
- Most effective ways to manage compensation negotiations
