Join Talent Collective for a day filled with connection, restoration, and the celebration of you as a bada$$ TA leader! From invigorating pilates and yoga sessions to a luxurious circuit of the state-of-the-art sauna, steam room, and pool, the schedule below promises you a day dedicated to your self-care and well-being.

• ​8:30-9:00 am: Retreat arrival
• ​9:00-10:30 am: Leadership Two Story Assessment session
• ​11:00-11:15 am: Head to Stanly Ranch for the wellness part of our retreat (@ Infinity Loop)
• ​11:15 am-12:00 pm: Mat Pilates on Infinity Loop
• ​12:00-12:30 pm: Intention Setting for the year
• ​12:30-2:30 pm: Lunch and Springhouse Recovery Circuit (Steam, Sauna, Pool access included in ticket price) – plenty of time to socialize here!
• ​2:30-3:00 pm: Recovery yoga session
• ​3:00-4:00 pm: Closing Circle (this tends to be the time a lot of organic conversation and contact info exchanges happen)
• ​4:00 pm: Happy hour at the Stanly bar.
