Sienna is the Head of Growth at PowerToFly. Her mission is to build a new wave of leadership focused on inclusion and intention in the workplace so that every individual has an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. Her thought leadership around topics related to inclusion, leadership and cross-cultural understanding has been highlighted by NPR, CNN, TEDx, Insider, USA Today and more.
Tracy St.Dic, Global Head of Talent, Zapier
Tracy St.Dic (she/her) is the Global Head of Talent at Zapier, a no-code automation platform. Leading a brilliant global team, she oversees talent acquisition, talent intelligence, sourcing, employer branding, diversity partnerships, internal mobility, and executive talent planning. She is committed to building inclusive and high-performing teams, and is obsessed with talent density, T-shaped talent, and why automation may be key to both.
Before Zapier, Tracy’s career was in education non-profit. She taught for two years as a kindergartner teacher through Teach For America (TFA), and eventually joined TFA’s recruitment team as a recruiter on the West Coast. She served as Senior Vice President of Recruitment at Teach For America, with her 200+ team fueling the most diverse teacher pipeline in the country – supporting thousands of teachers a year to teach in low-income, high-need schools.
Tracy holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MS in Education from Pace University. She are passionate about arts access in low-income communities, systems change in public education, and organizational diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. Outside work, she enjoys redeeming points for travel, live theatre, wine-tasting, cooking, and being a mom to two daughters.
