Nexxt, a leading recruitment advertising solution, unveiled a new report last week shedding light on key trends within the Healthcare industry, showcasing developments and the increasing demand for specialized healthcare roles.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), October 2023 witnessed a significant surge in healthcare employment, with the addition of 58,000 jobs nationwide. This growth was particularly pronounced in ambulatory services, hospitals, and nursing and residential care facilities.

Nexxt’s report, which analyzed internal data from from August to October 2023, revealed a 12% increase in overall daily healthcare job listings. During the same timeframe, healthcare industry membership on Nexxt experienced a remarkable 53% surge, bringing the total number of jobs and members to a 1:1 ratio.

The Nexxt jobs report found that 43 out of 50 states in the U.S. recorded an uptick in their healthcare daily job count from September to October 2023, with an average increase of 8% month to month.
