Most clients start with a diagnostic, get clear on what's actually broken, and then decide what to fix first.

    We diagnose before we recommend. Every engagement starts with structured discovery: interviews, data review, and a clear picture of where you are today. We don't show up with a solution before we understand the problem. That's the main reason clients come back.

    When candidates research your company in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, they get a generated answer — not a list of links. If your content isn't structured for how AI search works, those answers are coming from Indeed reviews and Glassdoor complaints instead of your career site. AI Search Optimization (also called Generative Engine Optimization) audits your existing content, identifies gaps, and optimizes your site so you show up in those conversations instead of losing ground to job boards.

    Talivity is a talent acquisition consulting firm. We help employers make better decisions about employer brand, hiring technology, and labor market strategy. We're not a staffing agency and we don't sell technology. We help your internal TA team become more effective.

    Talivity works with talent acquisition leaders and HR executives at companies with real hiring challenges. Usually organizations dealing with at least one of these: a tech stack that's not delivering what was promised, leadership pressure to do more with less, a labor market that's shifted faster than their strategy, or an employer brand that's invisible where candidates are actually looking.

    We're more accessible and more specific. The big firms give you a 30,000-foot framework and leave you to figure out implementation. We get into the actual workflow, the actual tech stack, the actual market data — and we tell you what it means for your specific situation. We're also vendor-agnostic. We don't have a preferred partner list driving our recommendations.
